What we run

Three ways to practise here

Yoga & movement

Morning sessions in Aangan on the wooden floor. Mats and props are available; come as you are and work at your own pace.

Sound healing

A guided sound immersion using singing bowls and other resonant instruments. You lie down and listen; mats and cushions are provided, and there is time to rest afterwards.

Meditation & stillness

Quiet sitting sessions, sometimes guided, sometimes simply held. No prior practice assumed.

A yoga session in the Aangan hall

The room

A wooden floor and daylight from above

Aangan is a skylit indoor hall with clean walls and space to move. Evening sessions often move outdoors into Malang, the open lawn, where the sound carries differently. Either way, groups stay small enough that the facilitator knows who is in the room.

We describe practices honestly and make no medical or therapeutic claims. Tell the facilitator about injuries, pregnancy or hearing conditions before a session begins.
