  • We are handmade meals, healing breath, shared silence.

  • We are circle and soil, sky and soul.

We are Namma Ashram — a place to spend your time differently.

What we hold to

Seven values that shape how the place runs

If people leave calmer, clearer and more connected than when they arrived — we have succeeded.

Mindfulness over momentum

We value intention more than speed, and depth more than volume.

Rooted in tradition, relevant to today

We draw from cultural and spiritual wisdom without nostalgia or rigidity.

Holistic well-being

Well-being is not transactional — it is cumulative.

Community before commerce

We believe meaningful businesses are built around people, not transactions.

Simplicity with soul

True sophistication lies in clarity and restraint.

Discipline with compassion

Not authoritarian discipline — mindful order.

Inclusive by design

Namma Ashram is spiritually inclined and open to everyone.
